Our Roots
The values and commitment that root this work deeply in the intelligence of our Mother Earth.
Deep Ecology and our connection to Land and Country.

The term deep ecology movement was coined in the 1972 by Arne Naess, Emeritus Professor of Philosophy at Oslo University. He and other theorists have traced the historical roots of anthropocentrism (the belief that humans are somehow seperate from the natural environment around them).
Naess and others offer a more wide ranging critique. Naess also coined the term ecosophy for any lifestyle and practice which focuses on ecological values and harmony with the natural world.

These are powerful understandings to hold when understanding the work that Create with Gaia is undertaking.

From our structure to our business practices - everything we do is modelled upon the natural rythmns, cycles and models that our planet shares with us. She models an exemplar understanding of how to create lasting systems and communities with far reaching impact and outcomes.

Soil
Soil is a rich and complex living ecosystem that sustains and supports the planet and our living water cycles. It is a combination of organic matter, minerals, gases, liquids, and organisms

One gram of soil (a quarter of a tablespoon) can harbour up to 10 billion micro-organisms.

Soil represents fertility and the ability to grow from the depths of creation. Our connection to the soil predates known history. Through the soil - we share kinship with all of creation.
The Soil is where we begin.
Through hands-on workshops, community initiatives, and purpose-led consulting, Create with Gaia supports individuals, businesses, and communities to align with the principles of sustainability, creativity, and ecological care.

We help organisations design strategies that are not only good for business, but good for the planet—rooted in values, purpose, and impact.

From mentoring community leaders and facilitating children’s workshops, to guiding businesses on their regenerative journey, we foster living systems that nourish both people and place. Our work centres intergenerational exchange, collaboration, and deep connection to land and life.

We’re here to shift how people think about impact—not as something mechanical or extractive, but as something alive, reciprocal, and rooted in relationship.

Our mission is to grow ecosystems—where communities, businesses, and individuals thrive together in harmony with the Earth.

Where we grow from.
At Create with Gaia, we believe every person, project, and place has the power to shape a better world. We see a future where individuals and communities act with purpose, care, and courage—grounded in self-responsibility and guided by the wisdom of the Earth.

We are here to grow leaders and ecosystems that ripple out positive change—locally rooted, globally connected.

We work in service to Gaia, nurturing regenerative cultures where creativity, collaboration, and custodianship thrive. Like a forest, we honour the unique role each tree plays—interconnected, interdependent, and alive with possibility.

Our spaces are guided by values that are non-negotiable: reciprocity, integrity, heartfulness, and justice. Through creative practice, shared leadership, and deep ecological connection, we support the growth of vibrant, life-sustaining systems.

This is how we create: together, with intention, and in harmony with the living world.

Sprouting Seeds
Create with Gaia provides businesses and individuals with the seeds, resources, and support needed to elevate their operations, personal growth, and sustainability initiatives. Through transformative workshops, events, and community spaces, we foster a ripple effect that amplifies the creative potential and impact of every individual and organisation we co-create with.

At Create with Gaia we offer a range of immersive and transformative experiences and initiatives that ignite a deeper passion and connection to life and the planet we call home.
